Where does DIH Concepts ship to?

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on orders over $50.

We are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you live outside of North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please read our shipping policy for details.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, Please read our Return & Refund Policy.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Duty and Taxes Charged On International Orders

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination location customs authorities. It's determined based on a combination of the location of origin of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise.

Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination location.

You will be able to view the total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Checkout.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

We start processing your order right away, and move quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP! So, unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders after they are placed.  But don't worry, if something doesn't quite fit, you can return it within 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

There are many online payment options that you can use at Checkout for your purchases, including credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), JCB, Google Pay, Union Pay and PayPal.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available.

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
