Shipping Policy
Shipping Location:
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on orders over $50.
We are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you live outside of North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date it was ordered by the carrier chosen based on your location and with the fastest service available. Items will only be processed Monday – Friday and will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping:
All US orders over $50 ship free. Expedited shipping options are also available. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow them every step of the way. Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as delays due to weather.
Primary shipping carrier is UPS, however we do use FedEx, DHL, and USPS. UPS, DHL, and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS - which may take longer
Weekends do not count as travel days on Express shipments

International Shipping:
We are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you live outside of North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. International shipping rates takes a number of factors into account, including shipping speed (standard/express), number of items purchased, item weight, and the destination location/region.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Delivery Timeframes for International orders
Most in-stock items generally ship within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) and arrive within 4-13 business days after the order is received. Since delivery time frames vary depending on the destination, a more accurate estimate is provided during Checkout.
Please note that we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Completeness and Accuracy of Information:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address and other shipping information are entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been placed. DIH Concepts will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
Delivery (US Orders):
We process orders as soon as possible. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery. Please note that if your delivery is time sensitive, use the Express shipping option. Delivery times are estimates and do not include unanticipated courier delays.
