Return & Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days have passed, we can no longer accept any item for a return, refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

How to Submit a Return Request:

Submit a return request Go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Submit request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Customers can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation:

We start processing your order right away, and move quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP! So, unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders after they are placed.  But don't worry, if something doesn't quite fit, you can return it within 30 days.

Refunds (if applicable):

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging through the trial period.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund will be for the cost of the item being returned/refunded.
