We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 15 days have passed, we can no longer accept any item for a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We can only replace damaged or defective items. To process a replacement for the same item, or another item of equal or lesser value, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for complete instructions.
Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging through the trial period.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refund will be for the cost of the item being returned/refunded.
Please allow upto 10 days for an exchanged product to be delivered. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
