Toiletry bag must be the approximate dimensions of quart-sized bag, around 9" x 6". The DIH Concepts Makeup/Toiletry bag is 8" long and 6" wide which fall within the limits of quart-size bag.
TSA does not approve any particular products, but if you follow the "3-1-1 rule" which states that all liquids, gels, and aerosols must be in containers that are 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less and fit inside a single quart-sized clear plastic bag per passenger, you should fall within the guidelines.
